Socam Srl has a GLOBAL Performance Coordinate Measuring Machine 09.12.08, or a mechanical gantry device for dimensional measurements based on a probe that determines the position coordinates on a work space.

This device allows SOCAM to submit all the details to the required test plans, providing the customers with the checks carried out.

 

 

The PC-DIMIS CAD software V.2017 R1 from Wilcox Associates allows the measurement, programming and simulation of tool paths with graphic representation of the measurement results using the mathematical model received or loaded from the CAD database. The machine is positioned inside a metrological room at a controlled temperature, indispensable for the correct operation of the machine itself. This room has dimensions of 4500x5950x3360 (h), including power plant, electric lighting system and air conditioning system.
